Any good ideas for beauty treatment recipes?

You know, facials, masks, stuff like that for skin, hair, hands, feet, whatever (: Even some sort of lip balm (: Recipes and links are appreciated (: Thank you!Any good ideas for beauty treatment recipes?
if you get avocado, put it in a food processor till it is mushy, then put it on your hair for about 20 minutes, your hair will feel super soft and healthy.


i did this, and it felt AMAZING.





also, if you get an egg and mix it with olive oil, put it in your hair for about 15-20 minutes; after you shampoo, and whilst your hair is still warm (this will 'cook' the egg) this will give your hair a brilliant shine.

Here are a few good recipes to start with. There are dozens more in lots of categories at www.oldenbuzz.com. Have fun!





Lip Balms:





';Luscious Lips';:





1 ounce cocoa butter


1 and 1/2 teaspoons almond oil





Gently melt and mix, while stirring, with:





1 egg yolk


3 drops oil of neroli





Form into small blocks.








';Soft and Sweet';:





Gently melt and mix:





3 ounces cocoa butter


1 ounce white wax


3 teaspoons jojoba wax or jojoba oil


3 teaspoons oil of jasmine





Allow to cool down a bit, and then stir in:





17 drops oil of bergamot





Form into small blocks.








Masks:





';Roman Honey Mask';:





Women of ancient Rome used this natural mask and prized it highly as a beautifier.





3 ounces ground barley


1 ounce honey


1 egg white





Mix the ingredients together to form a paste. Spread quite thickly over the forehead, cheeks, and nose. Leave on for at least 20 minutes. Use nightly or as often as possible for great results. Be sure to refrigerate this perishable product and make a new batch when needed.








Cream:





';Quenching Cream';:





1 and 1/2 ounces coconut oil, 1 and 1/2 ounces


80 drops rose water


1 drop oil of rose, 1 drop
