Natural beauty recipes?

I use Olay dual action cleanser/toner and Cetaphil moisturizer and MOST of the time, it keeps my break outs under control but even after moisturizing my skin look flaky. It's mostly after putting on my foundation.

I want to know any of your beauty tips, mainly with natural ingredients. I exfoliate but maybe I do it too much, andI wash my face daily.

I want beautiful skin but I have this flakiness and a few pimples here and there and also scaring from old pimples. I don't pick at them, they just scar.

Fight Naturally Within

Achieving a healthy skin is not always determined by what you apply topically to your skin. An important component is what you take internally. We live in an environment where we are bombarded constantly by chemicals in the air we breathe, the foods we eat and the water we drink.

The way your skin looks reveals a great deal about what is going on inside your organs, tissues and cells, and about the way you live and think. Loss of skin tone and elasticity, skin dryness, oiliness, sallowness, undereye puffiness, breakouts and premature skin aging reflect the condition of each cell and the quality of the nutrients each cell receives. You can have a healthy and young skin at any age. To obtain optimal results, you must combine natural skin therapy “from the inside out”, with the appropriate skin treatments on a daily basis.Natural beauty recipes?
If you dab some lemon juice on any pimple it will get rid of it quickly and easily. lemon contains natural acids that dry out the pimple. also if you mix water with salt and apply to a pimple, it will dry out the pimple =D
Alot of times it is what you are putting into your body that is affecting your complexion. I'd cut out excess dairy products, chocolate, processed foods, etc and eat a more natural diet of Fruits, Veggies and some whole grains. I'd limit meats too, to sea food and some poultry or even a vegan type diet if you are inclined. Remember, you are what you eat. I'm 42 and my complexion is the best it's ever been after making dietary changes. I make fresh juice from my juice extracter every morning. Well, this is all just food for thought. Good luck to you!

Listen. You can do more for your skin by what you put into your body than what you put on it.

Moisterizers will advertize that their product contains collagen

and elastin. That's great but you can't put collagen or elastin on your face and expect it to take. What a joke.

What you eat is more important.

Also you'll notice climate has an affect. You'll dry up quicker in Phoenix than you will in Buffalo.
If your skin looks flacky that's easy .. you need to use an exfoliating glove when you wash your face . It gets off all the old skin layers that's all that is . Get one from Wal-mart
