I'm looking for beauty recipes with natural products that we can find in the kitchen.Can somebody advise me?

Avocado Facial

Avocado is a naturally rich moisturizer. Mash the meat of the

avocado into a creamy texture. Massage into the face and

neck. Leave on for 15 minutes and gently rinse off.

Facial Mask

Squeeze half a lemon and mix the juice with one beaten egg

white. Leave on your face overnight or, for a quick pick-me-up,

just 15 minutes. Splash warm water on your face to rinse. It

helps to removes blotches, because the lemon works as a

bleaching agent.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Egg %26amp; Honey Mask
Mix together 1 tablespoon honey, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 teaspoon
almond oil and 1 tablespoon yogurt. Honey stimulates and smoothes, egg and almond oil penetrate and moisturize, and
yogurt refines and tightens pores.
Cornmeal Facial Mask
Two tablespoons of cornmeal mixed with enough water to make
a thick paste makes a great inexpensive facial mask. Gently
apply to face and wash off.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Lighten Circles under Eyes

To lighten dark circles under your eyes, wrap a grated raw

potato in cheesecloth and apply to eyelids for 15-20 minutes.

Wipe off residue and apply an eye cream.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Egg, Avocado %26amp; Mud Facial Mask
(best for oilier skin types)
Clay is available in powder form at any health food store. Mix 1
tbsp. dry clay with 1 egg yolk, 1/4 of a mashed avocado and
enough witch hazel to create a smooth mixture. Mud dries
excess sebum while the egg yolk and avocado replenish lost
moisture. Witch hazel tones.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Egg %26amp; Olive Oil Hair Mask

Mix two whole eggs with four tablespoons of olive oil. Smooth

through hair. Wrap head with plastic wrap, and leave in hair for

10 minutes. Rinse well.

Fruit Smoothie Hair Mask

Blend 1/2 a banana, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 cantaloupe, 1 tablespoon

wheat germ oil and 1 tablespoon yogurt. For extra conditioning,

squeeze in the contents of a vitamin E capsule. Leave in hair

for 15 minutes.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Facial Exfoliater
2 heaped tsp. fine oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
Combine ingredients, and add enough water to make a paste.
Apply to skin and rub gently. Rinse and gently pat dry.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Banana Wrinkle Fighter

Banana is wonderful as an anti-wrinkle treatment. Mash 1/4

banana until very creamy. Spread all over face and leave for

15-20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water followed by a

dash of cold. Gently pat dry.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Grape Cleanser
Grape juice makes an excellent cleanser for any skin type.
Simply split one or two large grapes, remove pips and rub the
flesh over face and neck. Rinse off with cool water.
*** Most importantly always make a small amount of any natural beauty product and test before using all over. You never know what you can be sensitive to. That said, I found two links that have some pretty straightforward recipes. Some things we probably all have, some can be purchased in most stores.
On my own I've made oatmeal honey masks (just oatmeal %26amp; honey and a bit of milk to moisten - slather it on, let it dry for 15 min %26amp; rinse very well.) Oh, and take my advice - don't answer the door while it's still on your face!
I've used mayonnaise as an intense hair conditioner (wash your hair, mayonaise it, let it sit for a while and then rinse very well).
I've used light olive oil in the shower - after you wash your body, pour some olive oil in your hand and rub it on. Lightly rinse your body and pat dry. Skin feels incredibly soft.
Cucumber slices and cold tea bags really do help for puffy eyes as long as you leave them on for about 15 - 20 min.
I was thinking it might be fun to have a girls day of beauty. Invite some friends over to help you make the stuff %26amp; everyone gets to take their creations home to try!I'm looking for beauty recipes with natural products that we can find in the kitchen.Can somebody advise me?
yogurt and honey will make your skin so beautifully soft and moist its amazing. You could add some citrus juice for a great refreshing smell and if you have oily skin. A mask with aspirin dissolve in a few drops of water and mixed with honey reduce redness, pimple size, oil, and its a nice exfoliator when u gently rinse it off with warm water (massage in circles w/ wet fingers). Powdered milk makes a good lactic acid wash and may lighten scars after long daily use. They say cinnamon is good but I tried it and it burned the crap outta me. When I do these masks I relax in the bed on my back with a book for 30 minutes. They can be very drippy. If nothing else, try the yogurt and honey. I love that one the most, even tho I don't have dry skin. It makes my face just flow and even my kids have started to just run up to me and rub their cheek against mine then run away again
look thru this linke..and hope it helps..
