A facemask of egg white and honey gently removes the tan from your face.


Mix oats with honey, yogurt and ground almonds. Apply this in your face, leave it for five minutes and wash with lukewarm water.


Cucumber is a natural cleanser. Mix cucumber juice with milk and use it instead of a cleanser.


Take 1/3-cup cocoa, three teaspoons of heavy cream, 1/3-cup ripe papaya, 1/4-cup honey and three teaspoons of oatmeal powder. Mix it all together. Apply on your face. After 10 minutes, wash your face with warm water. This is best for oily skin


For oily skin, apply a mixture of grapes, lemon and egg white. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. While lemon acts as a natural cleanser, grapes will soften your skin and egg whites will tighten it. Don鈥檛 be alarmed if your skin tingles.


Cut the lemon and rub the wedge all over your face. Leave it for about 20 minutes, then rinse off with cold water. This will refresh your face. Avoid doing this if you have dry skin.


Mix honey, lemon and vegetable oil .This mixture is a good moisturiser for dry skin. Apply this mask for 10 minutes.


Apply the mixture of honey and milk on the face . This will make your skin glow.


Prepare a mask by mixing a slice of pumpkin with egg yolk and milk. Let this mask set on your face for 30 minutes for a glowing skin.


Mix half-a-cup honey to your bath water for soft and smooth skin.


For a soothing body pack, prepare a paste of mint leaves and almonds. Mix it with warm water and apply all over your body. Leave it till it dries and rinse with warm water.


Buttermilk dabbed on skin for 15 minutes will soak up oil from your skin without drying it.


Carrot juice applied daily fades blemishes.


For dark underarms and neck apply lemon juice mixed with cucumber juice and a pinch of turmeric daily. Leave this on for 20 minutes.


For removing facial hair.. Apply a sticky paste of egg white blended with sugar and corn flour. When it dries, gently peel it off. Repeat this three to four times a week.


Thin apple slices rubbed onto oily skin will help in controlling oily shine.


For supple skin, apply a ripe smashed banana on your face for 20 minutes daily.


Cauliflower juice applied on warts regularly will make them fall.


For a fair skin, try this natural bleach. Mix orange peels (sun dried and powdered) with milk. Apply this paste for 25 minutes and wash off.


Mix half teaspoon dried curry leaf powder with multani mitti (fullers earth) and apply on the face. Wash it after it gets dry.


Apply the mixture of tomato juice and honey on the face and neck , wash it after 15 minutes.


Apply the mixture of carrot juice and basin. Leave it till it dries and wash the face.


Add two teaspoon of tomato juice with 4 teaspoon of curd and apply on the face.


Add a pinch of yeast with 2 teaspoon of cabbage juice and apply.


Mix 1 table spoon of barley powder with half teaspoon of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply it on the face and wash after 20 minutes.


Mix pineapple juice and carrot juice together and apply it on the face and wash it after 15 minutes.


Mix vinegar and rose water in equal quantities and apply.


Mix curd and cucumber juice and apply it on the face.


Apply the mixture of coconut water and thick pineapple juice.


Make a paste with 1/2 teaspoon of milk powder, 1/4 teaspoon of egg white and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and apply on the face.


For dry skin, Make a paste with egg yolk, olive oil and lemon juice. Apply it on the neck and face, wash it out after 10 minutes.


For oily skin, take a mixture of oatmeal and egg white and apply it on the neck and face


For glowing skin, use basin or green gram powder mixed with milk instead of soap.


Apply the mixture of raw turmeric and cream of milk on the face and wash it after 20 minutes. It will make your skin fair.


Apply the mixture of honey, basin, cream of milk and olive oil as a face pack.


Apply the paste of fenugreek with milk on the face and let it dry. Wash off with luke warm water.


Make a paste of red sandal wood and apply it on the face every day for glowing skin.

Eat healthier


By avoiding foods that often make your face breakout, your skin will be less oily and more resistant to blemishes. Some problem foods that may cause pimples or breakouts include chocolate and other candy, French fries, fast food, pizza and soft drinks.

Hydrate and exercise

Monitor sun exposure


By using a moderate strength sunscreen, you will be protecting your skin from sun damage, skin cancer, aging and premature wrinkles. Too much sun can blister one鈥檚 lips, leaving them red, sore and charred. Sunburned skin will eventually peel most times, leaving skin areas blotchy and sensitive. The best approach to preventing sunburn and other sun-caused skin problems is to monitor how much time one spends in the sun and to avoid sun exposure by using sunscreen with SPF 15 or greater.





Practice a regular cleansing routine


Cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturize鈥his daily routine should carry you on your way toward healthier skin. Select a gentle skin cleansing solution that works for your specific type of skin - dry, oily, normal. Using your selected product, cleanse face in a circular motion and rinse with lukewarm water, as hot water zaps skin鈥檚 moisture.





Follow the cleansing stage with an exfoliant. A granular product is often especially effective in smoothing rough areas and releasing dead skin cells, allowing the face to be better moisturized.





After the exfoliation process concludes, use a toner or an astringent to tighten skin and remove any makeup or cleanser residue. A nice alternative to a toner or astringent would be doing a facial masque at least once a week, which tackles clogged pores while also firming skin and leaving it soft and silky.





Finally, pat skin dry with a soft towel but do not dry up all the water. Apply a moisturizer (with or without sunscreen) to help protect skin from dryness. Those who have oily skin do not have to moisturize as often as those who have dry, normal or combination skin.

great mask! mix oatmeal (1 tablespoon) with honey (1 teaspoon) add a little bit of water, mix and put in your face, except lips and eyes. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse ith warm water. Is Great!





to make a great scrub mix 1/4 cup of granulated sugar with shower gel (for body) or facial cleaner (face) to remove dead skin and leave a very soft new skin.





If you take a bath in the bathtub add milk and your skin will absorb great nutrients to reduce aging.

9) Hot water blushes your skin and you don't feel fresh unless you have bath with little cold water. If you have shower for a longtime, dead skin will be automatically be removed. Do not rub with towel; be gentle on your skin.


10) Take food which contains more A and C vitamin.


11) Grate carrot and boil. Massage that mixture to body to get fair and smooth skin.


12) For natural bleaching: - mix milk and lemon juice. The


milk will break as soon as you mix the lemon juice in it. Use that mixture to massage on your body. It works as natural bleaching.





13) Mix turmeric and cream on the top of milk, massage that mixture to body. 14) If you go into sun your skin will lost the fair ness. To get your skin color to normal take equal quantities of cucumber juice and tomato juice and apply on to skin. Shower after 10 minutes.


15) Massage mustard oil to your skin for 5 minutes and have shower with gram flour or mild soap.


16) Mix cream on the top of milk and all-purpose flour and apply that paste on to your skin avoid eyes, eyebrows and lips. Shower after 5 minutes. This will make skin smooth.


17) Mix curds (yogurt) with wheat flour and apply to your skin and take shower after 5 minutes.


18) Grind rose petals and mix with cream on the top of milk and apply to your body. Shower after 10 minutes.


19) Scaly skin is a result of fluorine deficiency. Fluorine is the anti-resistant element of the human body, the absence of which creates problems in the blood and spleen. Since cooking and heating foods destroys fluorine, it is better to eat uncooked raw fruits and vegetables. Other foods rich in fluorine are goat milk and cheese, rye flour, avocados, sea plants and cabbage, cream whey and cottage cheese.


20) Wrinkle skin is a result of Sodium deficiency and makes skin sticky. Cucumbers are ideal for combating and preventing sodium deficiency because they are not only high in sodium, but also help in keeping the body cool, a great summer's treat.


21) Skin rashes are the result of silicon deficiency. To avoid pus and rashes, eat plenty of sprouts, alfalfa, barley, tomatoes, spinach, strawberries and figs.


22) Skin eruptions are the result of Chlorophyll. And are found in wheat grass and other green leafy vegetables
